I. Preface
The built-in deaerator (also known as headless deaerator) is a special type of low level thermal deaerator.Oxygen removal is a very critical part of the boiler feedwater treatment process. Oxygen is the main corrosive material in the feedwater system and boiler, oxygen in the feedwater should be obtained quickly, otherwise it will corrode the boiler feedwater system and components, corrosion produces iron oxide will enter the pot, deposited or attached to the boiler tube wall and heat surface, the formation of difficult to dissolve the road to poor heat transfer iron scale, and corrosion will cause the inner wall of the pipe to appear point pits, resistance coefficient increases. When the pipe corrosion is serious, even pipeline accidents will occur. State regulations evaporation greater than or equal to 2 tons per hour of steam boilers and water temperature greater than or equal to 95 ºC hot water boilers are de-oxygenated.

II. The working principle of built-in deaeratorThe built-in deaerator in general consists of two working processes:
1. Primary deaerating: The un-oxygenated water enters the deaerating pipe through the water inlet and shoots out through the nozzle, forming a water mist, which falls through the liquid vapour network and mixes fully with the water vapour entering the steam inlet, making the mist water reach the deaerating temperature and most of the oxygen in the water precipitates out and is discharged through the exhaust port, at which time the primary deaerating is completed.
2. Secondary oxygen removal: The purpose of the secondary oxygen removal is to ensure that the temperature in the tank is always maintained at the oxygen removal temperature, in order to ensure that the effect of oxygen removal is maximised. The process is achieved through the auxiliary heating port at the bottom of the water has been deoxygenated for heating, so that a deoxygenation has not been fully precipitated out of the oxygen, greatly reducing the oxygen content of the water, at this time the second deoxygenation is complete.
