(1)Oil coolers are indispensable for lubricating large and medium-sized mechanical equipment such as steam turbines, fans, coal mills, water pumps and ship power in industrial and mining enterprises. On the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar products, our company made a lot of experiments on the vibration of laminar flow on the oil side of heat exchange tubes, and finally successfully developed the latest tubular oil cooler.
(2)Product structure and working principle
The characteristics of the flow operation of the tubular oil cooler are that the oil passes through the shell side and the water passes through the pipe side. The heat transfer coefficient of the outer oil side of the tube is 1/20-1/10 of that of the inner tube, and the thermal resistance is mainly on the oil side. In this equipment, the traditional arcuate partition plate is changed into a swirl guide plate. The main principle is that the cooling oil enters the shell side of the oil cooler through the oil pump, and rotates along with the guide of the swirl guide plate, and the oil washes along the circumferential direction of the pipe while rotating. The structural parameters of the pipe are the optimized results through many comparative tests, and it has excellent performance, safe and reliable use. Compared with other types of oil coolers, tubular oil coolers have the following advantages:
1.Heat transfer efficiency is 2-3 times that of plate oil coolers;
2.Compact structure: its compactness is 1-2 times that of plate heat exchangers;
3.The oil resistance is small. Because the swirl guide plate is used, the oil enters tangential flow, which is beneficial to the fluid operation.
4. Long service life, convenient installation and maintenance: the thermal expansion stress of the heat exchange tube is small, so there is no common problem of heat exchange tube bursting and leakage. Installation of oil cooler
1.Preparation before installation
Before leaving the factory, the oil cooler is subjected to 0.6mpa water pressure test. However, before installation, according to the provisions of the Technical code for electric power construction and acceptance (Steam Turbine): "The cold ink side shall be subjected to a water pressure test which is 1.5 times of the working pressure, and there shall be no leakage for 5 minutes.
2. Installation of oil cooler:
(1) The oil cooler is supported on the prepared bracket, and can reliably meet its dynamic and static load requirements.
(2) Because the arch partition plate of the support is changed to the swirl guide plate, the oil inlet direction of the oil cooler is the forward direction, so do not install it backwards.
