One.Overview:
The hidden arm type fixed pulverized coal sampling device is a special device for sampling pulverized coal on the primary air pulverized coal conveying pipeline of positive pressure direct-fired pulverizing system. In the daily operation of the coal mill, the wear of the grinding parts of the coal mill, the change of coal type and fragmentation will greatly change the fineness of pulverized coal, which will directly affect the combustion efficiency of the boiler and increase the cost of power generation. Therefore, the fineness of pulverized coal is sampled and tested regularly. When the fineness of pulverized coal exceeds the design value, the grinding parts of the coal mill or the opening of the separator will be adjusted in time to achieve the design requirements.
Two.Product features and structural forms:
This product uses compressed air as the power to make the sampling tube, separator and sampling bottle generate negative pressure to suck coal powder to achieve the sampling purpose, and can use compressed air to purge the sampling tube to avoid the problem of sampling tube blockage. The equipment is equipped with a compressed air pressure regulating valve, through which the pressure and flow of compressed air can be adjusted to control the sampling speed and realize constant speed sampling. So that the extracted pulverized coal is representative. The sampling tube is designed with concealed arm, which is vertically hidden outside the pulverized coal pipeline when it is not working, so as to avoid the erosion of the sampling tube by pulverized coal airflow and greatly improve the service life of the sampling tube.
The hidden arm fixed pulverized coal sampling device mainly consists of the following parts:
1,As soon as the sampling tube extends into the pulverized coal pipeline, the sampling port faces the pulverized coal airflow, and the pulverized coal enters the sampling device. Sampling is multipoint sampling.
2,Sampling bottle 1 stores the pulverized coal samples separated from the cyclone in a centralized way for calibration.
3,Cyclone separator-solid-gas separation is carried out on the gas-powder mixture, and the pulverized coal is thrown to the wall by the rotating airflow due to gravity, and then falls into the powder accumulator by gravity.
The separated gas rises to the top along the middle route, is discharged from the top air outlet, and is pumped by the ejector and sent back to the pulverized coal pipeline to realize the separation of pulverized coal and gas.
4,Connect the union 1 for convenience in assembly.
5,The air inlet short pipe is connected with compressed air.
6,Compressed air control valve-a switch for controlling compressed air.
7,Compressed air pressure regulating valve-Adjust this valve to control the pressure and flow of compressed air and the sampling speed. So as to realize constant-speed sampling.
8,Ejector air extractor-Using compressed air as power, the sampling tube, cyclone separator and sampling bottle generate negative pressure, so that pulverized coal can smoothly enter the cyclone separator for solid-gas separation. 9,Purge valve-Compressed air enters the pulverized coal pipeline and passes through this valve.
10,When the sampling lever is operated, the sampling tube can be expanded or hidden.
11,Sampling valve-Switch this valve to control sampling or purging the sampling tube to prevent the sampling tube from being blocked.
12,When the outer shell is installed on the pulverized coal pipeline, the sampling tube is hidden in it when not sampling.
Three.Working principle:
1.Working principle of sampling:
the hidden arm fixed pulverized coal sampling device is successfully developed by using the principles of negative pressure suction and cyclone separation to pump the gas-powder mixture out of the pulverized coal pipeline and carry out solid-gas separation. During the sampling process, the sampling tube is extended into the pulverized coal pipeline, and all valves are in the open state. When compressed air passes through the ejector air extractor from the air outlet pipeline, its jet action will inevitably lead to negative pressure in the cyclone separator, sampling tube, sampling bottle and other parts, which will urge the gas-powder mixture in the pulverized coal pipeline to enter the sampling device along the sampling tube. The gas-powder mixture will undergo solid-gas separation in the cyclone separator, and the separated pulverized coal will fall into the sampling bottle below the cyclone separator, and the gas will be pumped by the compressed air and sent to the pulverized coal pipeline again. During the whole operation, By adjusting the pressure regulating valve of compressed air before sampling, constant-speed sampling can be realized, which makes the pulverized coal sample taken out representative. (Generally, the compressed air pressure shall not exceed 0.1Mpa). 2.Anti-blocking measures: compressed air can be used to purge the sampling pipe during the use of the equipment to prevent the sampling pipe from being blocked by pulverized coal.
3.Anti-wear measures: When not sampling, the sampling tube is hidden in the outer shell and placed outside the pulverized coal pipeline. When sampling, pull the sampling operating lever, spread the sampling tube in the pulverized coal pipeline, with the sampling port facing the airflow direction of pulverized coal, and open all valves to start sampling. After sampling, pull the sampling operating lever to hide the sampling tube in the outer shell and place it outside the pulverized coal pipeline, so as to avoid the erosion of the sampling tube by pulverized coal airflow and achieve the purpose of anti-wear.
Four .Operating procedures:
1. Sampling: All valves are closed before sampling. First, open the compressed air control valve 6; Adjust the compressed air pressure regulating valve 7 according to the pressure gauge display to adjust the compressed air pressure to the required pressure range. A plate moving sampling operating lever 10; Spreading the sampling tube into the pulverized coal pipeline; Open the purge valve 9; Open the sampling valve 11; Starting sampling, sampling for 2-4 minutes; Close the compressed air control valve 6, the purge valve 9 and the sampling valve 11; Pull the sampling operating lever 10; Hide the sampling tube in the outer shell 13; Remove the sampling bottle 2; Take out the pulverized coal sample and put the sampling bottle back. Pay attention to the seal at the interface.
2. Purge: Open the compressed air control valve 6; Close the purge valve 9; Open the sampling valve 11; Compressed air will purge the sampling tube through sampling valve 11.

Six.Installation requirements:
1. 0.4-0.6Mpa compressed air shall be provided on site.
2. The equipment is vertically installed on the pulverized coal pipeline with an operating platform of 1000-1500mm, with a downward installation hole of 500×40mm (length× width)
