Rubber ball cleaning device is the best equipment to effectively clean the condenser cooling tube during the operation of steam turbine generator set.
The performance of the device directly affects the cleanliness and heat transfer efficiency of the condenser. The device has a wide range of applications, which is not only suitable for the condenser of steam turbine, but also suitable for cleaning the cooling pipes of fixed tube-plate heat exchangers in petroleum, chemical and other units. Under the condition of continuous operation without reducing the load, the device can be put into use at any time, always keeping the cooling pipes clean, prolonging the service life of the cooling pipes and reducing the labor intensity. It is an indispensable and necessary device to improve the economic benefits of power plants and ensure the safe operation of the condenser.
The rubber ball device produced by our factory is an updated product of other rubber ball cleaning devices.
The main components of this product are the secondary filter screen and the ball receiving net, which are the two most advanced types at present.

TWO. Rubber ball cleaning system diagram:
The rubber ball cleaning system consists of secondary filter screen, ball receiving net, ball loading chamber, rubber ball pump, distributor, valve, pipeline and electrical control device.
THree. Working principle:
Choose a suitable sponge rubber ball, the wet diameter of the ball is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cooling pipe (about 1-2mm), and the wet specific gravity is similar to that of water. Put rubber balls into the ball loading room from the hand hole of the ball loading room, and the quantity is about 10% of the copper pipes in the condenser water inlet room.
Then start the rubber ball pump, open the ball valves at both ends of the system, and the rubber ball will enter the condenser water chamber driven by the water flow with slightly higher inlet pressure of circulating water.
Because the rubber ball is a porous and soft elastomer, it is squeezed through the cooling pipe under the action of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of circulating water, and the inner diameter of the cooling pipe is wiped once, so that the dirt on the inner wall of the pipe is brought out with the water flow, and the rubber ball enters the ball collection net through the water outlet pipe with the circulating water, and is separated under the barrier of the ball collection net plate, and is pumped out by the rubber ball pump and returned to the ball loading room, so that the condenser cooling pipe is continuously and automatically cleaned in this way.

1. Secondary filter screen:
The secondary filter screen is one of the main equipment of the cooling water purification device, which removes all sundries larger than 6mm, and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of rubber balls and the normal operation of the condenser. 2. Ball collecting net: The ball collecting net is the key equipment in the rubber ball cleaning system. It is installed on the outlet pipe section of the condenser. Its function is to separate the rubber ball from the cooling water, and it must have the performance of not leaking or sticking the ball. After the ball is recovered, it is led out of the ball collecting net by the outlet pipe and returned to the ball loading room. The ball receiving net produced by our factory is the most advanced structural form at present, and its grid plate can rotate; When the rubber ball device is put into operation, the mesh plate is in the ball receiving position, and when the cleaning device is not put into operation, the mesh plate can rotate to the position consistent with the water flow direction; It not only reduces the water resistance, but also plays the role of removing impurities on the grid plate. The rotation and positioning of the screen plate is performed by an electric actuator (manual control for small ball screens). 3. Ball loading room The ball loading room is a device for adding, taking, storing and observing the ball circulation in the rubber ball cleaning system. According to the size of the storage ball, it can be divided into I and II types, and according to the user's use requirements, it can be divided into electric and manual types. When the switching valve controlling the running state of the ball loading room is placed in the "throwing ball" position, the ball can freely and continuously circulate in the system. 4. Rubber ball pump Rubber ball pump is the power source that keeps the rubber ball circulating in the rubber ball cleaning system. The water flow of dense balls led out from the ball receiving net passes through the rubber balls and then the pressure head is raised and sent into the cooling water pipe. The pump is a special trouble-free centrifugal pump, which has the characteristics of not blocking the ball, not breaking the ball and having little wear on the ball. According to different use conditions, rubber ball pumps with different parameters and specifications are selected. 6. Diverter The Diverter is a three-way (pipe) valve. Through the switching of the guide plate, the rubber ball can enter the condenser on one side that needs cleaning. It can also be used as a three-way pipe for merging the rubber ball outlet pipe of the ball receiving net and dividing the ball receiving pipe.Five. Installation instructions and precautions
1. Before the rubber ball cleaning device is put into operation, the hard dirt on the inner wall of the condenser water chamber and copper tube shall be cleaned first, and the copper tube with cracks and deformed inner diameter shall be replaced, so that the rubber ball can be unblocked.
2. Block any dead parts of the condenser one by one to prevent rubber balls from hiding, which will affect the cleaning effect and rubber ball recovery rate.
3. The piping layout of the system should be simple, short and straight, and the number of elbows should be reduced as much as possible.
4. Reasonable selection of rubber ball pump, with sufficient flow and outlet pressure slightly higher than circulating water pressure (about 0.02MPa or above).
5. Regularly check the number of rubber balls in the ball loading room, and constantly replenish them to meet the cleaning requirements.
6. Check the ball receiving rate regularly. If the recovery rate is too low, check the following three aspects.
A: whether the ball-receiving grid plate is in the ball-receiving position, and whether it is in place.
B: whether there is sundry in water chamber, which blocks the cooling nozzle, hinders the rubber ball to pass through.
