One .Product introduction
    The water inlet of the product adopts the mode of tangential water inlet at the lower side and water outlet at the upper side. The water inlet is provided with coarse and fine filters in the tangential direction of the equipment. The first filter is a lower cone filter, the second filter is a cylindrical filter, and the cylindrical filter is a detachable filter, which can be taken out for replacement or maintenance through the upper manhole; Steel frame keel is set inside and outside the primary filter screen to prevent strong water flow from impacting the filter screen. The top of the equipment is provided with an exhaust hole, and the lower side of the cylinder is provided with inspection holes with different diameters according to the diameter of the cylinder. Sewage outlets with different diameters are set at the bottom of the equipment to facilitate sewage discharge.

    The equipment adopts the mode of water inlet from the side down and water outlet from the side up. The water flows tangentially into the cylinder. When the sewage outlet is opened, centripetal acceleration is generated under the action of water inertia, gravitational potential energy, tangential force of water flow and centripetal force, forming a huge vortex. The vortex forms a downward funnel shape consistent with the lower conical filter screen (the vortex just absorbs the dirt and suspended matter at the boundary of the lower conical filter screen). In line with the characteristics of water flow, both solid particles and suspended solids will be absorbed by huge adsorption force and discharged through the sewage outlet.

   (1)The automatic backwashing water filter integrates cyclone, capacity expansion, filtration, decontamination and sand removal. The automatic operation of cleaning & sewage discharge and unattended operation are realized.
   (2)Cooperate with DCS system to complete online monitoring and monitoring functions.
   (3)The effective filtering area is large (about 4-5 times of the equipment import and export), and there is no resistance in operation, so that the circulating water is always unblocked and the system is not blocked, saving energy and water resources.
   (4)On-line backwashing is required without stopping the machine, the filter screen is cleaned thoroughly, and the water consumption for sewage discharge is low.
   (5)Manual and electric blowdown can be set during blowdown, with differential pressure control and fault protection function. Power supply for equipment: AC three-phase four-wire system, 380V, 50Hz.
   (6)The water resistance of the equipment in normal operation is about 0-2kpa. The filter screen has strong bearing capacity, and the steel frame keel is built in to prevent strong impact and deformation of the filter screen.
   (7)The water inlet and outlet of the equipment are from the lower side to the upper side, and the filter screen adopts a conical filter screen. Some light garbage and suspended matter are intercepted at the lower end of the filter screen, which is convenient for sewage discharge.
   (8)The equipment structure is simple, and there is no need to set a reducer, which avoids the phenomenon of water leakage and jamming of the reducer and reduces the failure rate of the equipment. No special power supply is needed to save electricity.
