I.Overview:
With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of safety awareness, higher requirements are put forward for the safety of boiler use. The use of vacuum deoxygenating equipment provides safety guarantee and more choices for the development of electric power industry. Our company has conducted in-depth research and development in vacuum deoxygenation.
It has the following advantages. (1).The vacuum deoxygenator can not only remove oxygen in water, but also remove carbon dioxide and other gases in water.
(2).No steam is consumed during deoxygenation, and the boiler output is fully utilized;
(3).It is used to deoxidize the make-up water when there is no surplus steam in the hot water heating boiler room;
(4)stable operation, high vacuum degree and convenient operation.
(5)The time from startup to normal operation is fast, and the deoxygenation effect remains unchanged when the load changes within the range of 0-120%;
(6) The salt content and other impurities in the deoxygenated water will not increase; (7)low installation, which is convenient for single-layer layout of small boiler room and saves investment;

The vacuum deoxygenator is composed of deoxygenator head, deoxygenator water tank, vacuum extractor and vacuum water pump, etc. It can be installed at a low position and used for deoxygenating feed water of steam boiler, deoxygenating feed water of hot water heating boiler and other systems that need to remove gas from water. 1.Deaerator head: The vacuum deaerator works at a pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure, and the inlet water temperature is 45 ~ 60 C. The softened water is sent to the inlet nozzle of the deaerator head by the deaerator feed pump, and the water is atomized under the inlet water pressure and sprayed into the deaerator tower. Because the atomized water droplets have a large surface area, it is conducive to the separation and escape of gas, thus achieving the purpose of deaerating. When the deoxygenated water continues to flow downwards, it contacts with the lower packing layer and forms a water film, which improves the deoxygenation effect. 2.Deaerating water tank: The water in the deaerating water tank is at its saturation pressure, and part of the water in the boiling state is evaporated, and the gas remaining in the water is pumped away by the exhaust pipe, and the deaerating process is completed again. Finally, the deoxygenated water is stored in the water tank.
3.Vacuum pumping device: In the vacuum deoxygenation system, a certain degree of vacuum is maintained in the deaerator, and the gas dissolved in water and uncondensed steam escaping with the gas are pumped out. The vacuum pumping device is a key component, which is mainly composed of a circulating water pump, a water jet vacuum pump (water jet air extractor) and a circulating water pump. Circulating water is supplied by tap water, and its water temperature should be 6-10"C lower than that of demineralized water of deaerator.
4.oxygen tank water level automatic control device In order to ensure the safe operation of the deaerator under normal working conditions, the deaerator water tank is equipped with an automatic water level control device. The device mainly consists of a liquid level gauge and a sensor, and automatically gives an alarm when the water level exceeds the maximum or minimum water level limit.The model consists of two parts: Chinese phonetic alphabet and (treatment water volume T/H); For example, jscyz-50T/H represents a vacuum deaerator with a treatment water volume of 50t/h.III.Operation requirements
1.Cleaning of equipment: flushing the vacuum deaerator, deaeration water tank and circulating water tank. The deaerator should be discharged regularly and the water level should be monitored.
2.Water intake: inject water into the deoxygenated water tank and circulating water tank, and the deoxygenated water tank is filled with softened water; The circulating water tank is supplied with softened water for the first time, and the subsequent supplementary water source can be raw water (tap water). Deaerator drain valve and sewage valve should be tight. Continuous water supply shall be ensured for desalted water, and the water supply pressure shall be between 0.2 and 0.4 MPa. 3.All measuring meters shall be complete and accurate. Especially, the water level indicator of deaerator should be accurate. Each regulating control valve on the water side should be able to effectively regulate the water pressure and flow.4.Each drain tank and pump should be in good condition and can be put into operation at any time.
IV.Inspection of vacuum deaerator before starting.
1, make sure that the maintenance work is completed, the water tank flushing is qualified, and the water has been drained. 2, out of the water gate, sewage gate shall be closed. 3, Doors for condensation, drainage and desalting water shall be closed.. 4, the test automatically adjust the door switch is flexible, and put it in the fully open position. 5.Test whether the switch of the automatic adjusting door is flexible and put it in the fully open position.. 6, water level gauge is complete, clean, up and down cock open, water cock closed. 7.All kinds of meters are complete, and the pressure gauge is opened. V. Startup of deaerator: 1, open the water inlet system into the vacuum deaerator head. 2, put into operation the vacuum pumping system, start the circulating water pump to keep the pressure in the container at about -0.095~-0.088Mpa and the water temperature at 40~50ºC, when the water level gauge in the container reaches 2/3 height. 4.Several common problemsWhen the vacuum degree does not reach the specified value; First, check whether there is air leakage at the flange joints, and check whether the fastening screws are tightened. If there is looseness, please tighten them in time. As long as there is any air leakage in each connection, it will cause air to enter, and the vacuum degree of deaerator will not reach the specified value. Check the working state of the pump and see whether the water outlet, flow rate and pressure are normal; If not, adjust it.
